Shipping policy

1. Domestic Shipping — South Korea

We provide free standard shipping within South Korea.

In-stock products held in Korea ship from Korea within 1 business day after payment confirmation and are usually delivered within 2–3 business days. This timing applies only to in-stock products held in Korea, not preorders or unavailable products.

SER may select an appropriate domestic courier depending on the destination and availability.

Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Delivery times may also be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

2. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected destinations.

International shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside our control.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Customers are also responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

If a package cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the customer fails to pay applicable customs charges or accept the delivery, additional shipping or other costs may apply.
