These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SER online store and your purchase of products from SER Group Co. Ltd ("SER", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings. Minor differences in appearance, texture, stitching, or dimensions may occur as a result of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in product information, pricing, availability, or other content on the website.

3. Orders and Contracts

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted. A purchase contract is considered concluded when SER accepts the order and confirms the transaction, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including where:

a product is unavailable;
there is an obvious pricing or product information error;
we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
payment cannot be successfully processed; or
information provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will provide an appropriate refund.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Korean Won (KRW), unless otherwise stated.

The applicable product price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

We currently accept payments through Toss and PayPal. Payment processing may be handled by these third-party payment providers, and your payment information may be processed in accordance with their respective policies.

5. Shipping and Delivery

SER offers shipping to South Korea and selected international destinations.

For domestic orders within South Korea, standard shipping is provided at no additional charge to the customer.

Orders are normally delivered within approximately 7–10 business days after payment has been confirmed. SER may select an appropriate domestic courier depending on the destination and availability.

International shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, customs delays, courier delays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information. SER is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order before shipment where cancellation is available.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, trademarks, product designs, text, images, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SER Group Co. Ltd or its respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

8. User Accounts

Certain features of the website may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that it is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
